The Yogama Retreat I bend so I don't break is about resilience, the ability to learn to adapt to difficult and stressful situations and to recover from them with yoga and mindfulness exercises. It is about coping with setbacks, challenges and changes and focusing on your mental health, getting to know your body better and supporting it.
You should learn to better manage all your tasks and challenges, to talk openly about your feelings, to achieve balance between body, mind and soul, to achieve mental and emotional stability, which is important not only in your personal life but also in your professional environment.
To focus attention on a specific point or thing, here we learn with meditation exercises to sharpen this focus and to be present in the present moment without allowing ourselves to be distracted.
Yoga and meditation are a good combination to develop clarity and awareness and to relax the mind.

Accommodation:
We are located not far from the sea between Sestri Levante and Riva Trigoso, a small family business has created accommodation here that we will use to enjoy a few wonderful days. We have plenty of space in the garden to do yoga & meditation classes and workshops.
We are located on the slope of the panoramic hiking trail to Punta Manara / Punta Chiappa. Behind the accommodation there is an olive grove and a beautiful mediterranean forest; the landscape is just breath-taking. We value simplicity.

Catering:
We spoil you with fresh vegetables from the garden (depending on the season). We cook fresh, healthy and balanced meals. We try to prepare a suitable breakfast for everyone with Ayurvedic and traditional dishes. The menu includes porridge, hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit and salad and homemade chai tea and organ juice or smoothies.
Brunch takes place after the first yoga lesson from 10:00/10:30- 11:30.
Arrival:
Arrival by train or plane (the nearest airport is Genoa or Pisa), transport by train to Sestri Levante. Must be organized by yourself.
We will pick you up from the train station in Sestri Levante.

The train station can be reached in 6 minutes by car and in 20 minutes on foot.
Beaches, city center, restaurants are easily accessible on foot in about 25 minutes, if desired you can also use a simple bicycle (please specify this when making your reservation).

10:00/10:30-11:30 Breakfast/Brunch
12:00 pm Free time (beach, lunch in the center, self-care routine, snack, personal practice, hike depending on topic and weather)
2:00 pm Workshop (not every day, otherwise free time)
4:30 pm Yoga class
6:00 pm Meditation/Relaxation
19:00 Dinner (only on the first and last day! On all of the other days you can try the wonderful restaurants in the area.
